The Professional Staff Development and Training Division of Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services is committed to the provision of professional Staff Development and Staff Training programs for professionals in the fields of education, health, and human services that are certified by the applicable accrediting body.
The Staff Development and Staff Training programs address the problems encountered by parents and professionals seeking to help children and adolescents who are at risk of developing a harmful dependency on mood-altering substances that might need adolescent treatment. The Staff Development and Training promotes the use of intervention strategies based in the rich experiences we have gained in our work with individuals in adolescent treatment facilities over the past 30 years.
The professional Staff Development and Training needs of educators and health care professionals looking to earn valuable continuing education credits in their respective discipline will be pleased to know that we offer on-site continuing education programs that can be tailored to meet the Staff Training needs of the prospective audience. In addition to on-site Staff Development training courses, we will be presenting full day training programs are available in PA and NJ as well as on line. See above for more information.
Continuing education credits aimed at addressing the professional Staff Development and Training needs will be secured through the professional counselor certification board of the Commonwealth of PA as well as other accrediting bodies
Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services, P.C. staff and guest presenters are a highly trained clinical team of professionals whose experience in marriage and family counseling, addiction counseling, child counseling and adolescent treatment spans a period of thirty years. The staff has provided individual, group, and marriage and family counseling in both outpatient and online counseling modalities to address a wide variety of relationship problems such as treatment for addictive behaviors, eating disorders, and codependency. We are committed to ongoing professional Staff Development and Staff Training programs that will provide continuing education courses as well as programs for educators and addictions counselors.
