Codependency Counseling Services

Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services provides professional guidance to individuals suffering with Codependency as it relates to addictive disorders. This dependency is capable of generating the same level of unmanageability experienced by the person the codependent caretaker is trying to help. The codependent person exhibits behavior that controls, makes excuses for, pities, and takes other actions to perpetuate the obviously needy party's condition, because of their desire to be needed and fear of doing anything that would change the relationship.

Help is available to those who have become a victim of their own efforts to be helpful and define their value. You can become empowered and learn how to live free and fulfilled without waiting for your loved one to change by following the directions of every flight attendant: “ … place the oxygen mask on yourself first.”
